Mira Mobile Prize 2024

 

I’m very happy to share that from hundreds of entries from all corners of the world, one of my works "Transformation"  has been selected by the jury as one of the chosen pieces that will be exhibited in the MIRA Mobile Prize 2024 exhibition, in Porto, Portugal.

A book will later be published with all the selected works.

Venue: Mira | Performing Arts, Rua do Padre  António Vieira 68, 4300-030 Porto, Portugal

Exhibition: 4 May 2024 - 8 June 2024

Flamob2017

My iPhone artwork "Her way" will be exhibited in the Museu da Imagem e do Som - MIS SP in Sao Paolo, Brazil from 12 April 2017 - 28 May 2017.

It was shortlisted in the fourth edition of the MOBgraphia Cultura Visual Annual Awards in the Art Category of Flamob2017.

Mira Mobile Prize 2017

 

My abstract iPhone artwork, "Bees and oceans weep", has been chosen to be projected during the Mira Mobile Prize 2017 exhibition, 1 April till 13 May,  at the Mira Forum Gallery in Porto, Portugal.  

It is one of 200 chosen from 5000 entries.

The Equinox Experience

 

I am very excited to share that my iPhone artwork "Dissolving" has been selected to be one of the 20 pieces that will be exhibited in the Santo Stefano Al Ponte Church in Florence, Italy.

The Equinox Experience exhibition, "Balancing the Opposites with Mobile Art", is being organized by the New Era Museum.

 

Together with "Change" and "Grounded Flight", "Dissolving" will also be part of the immersive video experience with live music by composer and handpan player Marco Testoni

The deconsecrated historical church of Santo Stefano al Ponte is in the heart of old Florence, a few meters from Ponte Vecchio.

Empowering Girls Through Education 

To commemorate International Women’s Day a public art exhibition is being held in Dubai in the Novotel World Trade Center Lobby from 3 March - 8 March 2017. 

Artists from 10 different countries have donated their paintings for the sake of female empowerment and education. 70% of all funds raised will go to Dubai Cares

EVENT DETAILS

Event: Art Exhibition featuring emerging artists based in UAE and their artwork themed around gender equality and education. This event is organized by Shiyi Troupe and the AJALA Project.

Venue: Novotel WTC Lobby, Dubai, U.A.E

Dates: 3rd March to 8th March, to commemorate International Women’s Day.

Viewing Times: 

3rd March, 12pm to 9pm with an opening ceremony at 5pm

My iPhone artwork “Noor” on recycled wood has been selected to be part of this exhibition. “Noor” means Light.
