The Beauty Myth Exhibition

"Radiate" has been selected to be part of the The Beauty Myth exhibition which will take place in Milan, Italy at the Copernico Gallery.  I am one of 25 mobile artists whose work will make up the exhibition and am happy to invite you to attend.

Arty Party

Art to Z is a Spring Group Exhibition that will celebrate African art with a group of artists from the African continent.  Organized by Akka Project Dubai-Venezia who are committed to promoting emerging African artists, this special exhibition for Dubai Art Week will run from 13  March - April 20, 2019.

As part of this, I am very excited to invite you to a special event:

4-6pm: Enjoy the afternoon with a traiditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony

4pm: Efro & Co presenting "The Salaon: an artistic interprettion"

5pm:  #interact2connect by Linda Hollier

7-10pm: DJ Queen Bri will heat up the early evening with her music.

During the evening a food truck will be available for refreshments.

Mira Mobile Prize 2019 B&W

Approximately 5000 photos were captured and edited with mobile devices for the Street Photography B&W theme for the Mira Mobile Prize 2019. An international jury with members Armineh Hovanesian, Brendan Ó Sé, Claudia Contreras, Lara Jacinto and Sukru Mehmet Omur selected 50 finalist photographs to be shown and 150 best classified photographs to be projected at the exhibition in Porto, Portugal. 

I am delighed that my entry is one of the 150 best classified photographs!

The opening will take place on February 23 at 4pm.

5th Biennial of Fine Art and Documentary Photography

 

I am very excited to share that two of my "Stories Waiting to Unfold" series, "Change" and "Where2?", will be be exhibited at the 5th Biennial of Fine Art and Documentary Photography, which will take place in Barcelona, Spain in October 2018.

The vernissage will take place on October 4 at 7pm.

Museu de Lamego to exhibit Mira Mobile Prize

Exciting news! The Mira Mobile Prize will be displayed in one of the most prestigious Portuguese museums, the Museu de Lamego.  The opening will take place on 29 August 2018, followed by a concert that will start a music festival frequented by young people.  The exhibition will be open until 14 October 2018.

I am one of the artsists whose work will be presented and am honored that "Flashing by!" will be exhibited.
